Greetings,
This is the new blog spot. Here I promise to speak my mind, freely and without fear of "Big Brother". There will be more in the coming days, but first my waking thought over the last month or so.
Am I still a patriot, if the only thing I can think of with regards to the state of our nation, is to walk away?
RDC
After reading all the above comments, I have only this to add:
No matter where you are or how alone you may feel, the Good Lord is only a prayer away. He feels your pain and can help in ways that no man can help.
God Bless you.

Rusten, Thank God for people like you. As I told you in the email I had to read the whole blog. Your writings are the equal of Karl Zinmeister, editor of of "The American Enterprise" and author of "Boots on the Ground" and "Dawn Over Baghdad". My prayer is for peace for you and your family, the peace you so bravely fought for. I look forward to more of your writing. Frank

Speak. It will be worth the effort, and the read on this end. With all your experience, and all your knowledge, it would be a shame to bottle it up. On the other hand, make "Balance" your watch word.
I'm ready to read.

Looks like you've got a helluva lotta fans!

As a Navy vet who served 81-85. I can say I'm proud of you and your service. Your patriotism can never be questioned.
I look forward to reading your new blog and I'll encourage both of my readers to read also.

If you are not a Patriot, Sir, then I have never known one.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for defending my freedom and establishing it for our brothers and sisters across the globe.
